Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to midnight, while check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. It is recommended to inform Agus in advance of your estimated arrival time so he can welcome you without delays. To coordinate with him, you can contact him directly via WhatsApp from the Contacts page.

πŸ”‘ How does the key collection and return work?

Upon your arrival, our co-host Agus will personally hand you the keys. At check-out, you will need to return the keys directly to Agus or leave them in an agreed location.

Yes, you have a private parking space in front of the house for one car and two motorbikes, both free of charge.

Yes, Wi-Fi is free throughout all the house. You can find the password on the blackboard in the kitchen.

No, at Giava House there are no extra costs, everything is included.

πŸ›Œ How many people can stay at Giava House?

We have a King-size bed, so the house is for 2 people. However, we accept children up to 14 years old at no extra charge. For those who don’t mind, there is also an extra foldable foam mattress (single size), but it must be used in the living room.. :) There is no additional charge for this extra guest.

πŸ›οΈ Do you provide towels and extra blankets?

Yes, the house provides a set of towels for each guest (each set includes 3 towels per person). If you need an extra blanket, you will find it in the bedroom small furniture.

🧴 Do you provide soap, shampoo, and other hygiene products?

Yes, the house provides "Dove" shower soap and shampoo, available for all guests. However, we do not provide personal items such as toothpaste, conditioner, or body lotions, so if you need them, we recommend bringing your own. If you have any questions, you can contact Agus directly via WhatsApp from the Contacts page.

🧻 Is toilet paper provided?

Yes, we provide enough toilet paper for your stay. **Attention**: In Indonesia, drainage pipes are smaller than in other countries. We kindly ask you to **use only a small amount of toilet paper to avoid clogging**. Never throw other objects (wipes, sanitary pads, etc.) into the toiletβ€”you can use the bathroom bin.

Yes, we have a kitchen with two gas burners and all the necessary utensils for cooking.

🌴 Is there a private outdoor space?

Yes, we have our own garden with tropical and non-tropical plants, as well as an outdoor shower with hot water in Balinese style. There is a small table with two chairs where you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner, or simply relax in the fresh air. :)

Can I organize a tour to Mount Bromo?

Yes! Our co-host Agus can help you to arrange transportation. Someone will pick you up directly at Giava House. This is an external service, so make sure to agree on the details and price beforehand.
